Complaints

Our practice is committed to providing high-quality healthcare and respectful service to all patients. We value patient feedback and take complaints seriously, as they help us improve our services and patient experience.

Patients are encouraged to raise any concerns directly with the practice as soon as possible. Complaints may be made in person, by phone, or in writing via email or letter. All complaints will be treated respectfully, confidentially, and fairly.
Complaints are reviewed by the Practice Manager or an appropriate staff member, and where necessary, investigated further to ensure concerns are addressed appropriately. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and communicate outcomes in a professional and respectful manner.

Patients have the right to provide feedback or make a complaint without affecting their ongoing care at the practice.
If a patient is not satisfied with the outcome of their complaint, they may contact the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC).
