She has run many workshops for small groups and organisations and previously was a member of the Guardianship Board of South Australia.
She works with individuals to improve self-awareness and develop positive means to live well and with vibrancy. She integrates her training in cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness skills with emerging areas of practice such as a sensory-motor approach to complex trauma. Elizabeth has a particular interest in working with teenagers and adults with anxiety and depression who have experienced trauma. Her aim is to find an approach that works for the individual and she believes in a persons’ capacity to challenge themselves and learn new ways of living.
